Rode North and crossed the Mighty Mac. In Sault Sainte Marie tonight across from the Locks.
The video is one of my favorite places. A small park just a couple miles East of the locks. It’s a small jetty with a breeze and sunshine. That is Canada in the far distance and in the foreground is Sugar Island. You can see the car ferry docking on the island.
At the entrance to this park is the loading area for the ferry and a little drive inn car hop called Clyde’s. Excellent hidden gem. This evening I pulled Rosinante into the drive inn and got a burger, fries, fried mushrooms and a cold drink. Took it to the park and relaxed with a picnic dinner. Watched the ferry go back and fort, Coast Guard pass by through the channel , kayaks, seagulls, and old couples park to look out over the water (submarine races) and do what ever us old people do
